The information provided below is to help you understand my booking process and eliminate the need for emails containing frequently asked questions.
WHEN TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS
Due to a high volume of requests, I open my email for project submissions 3-4 times a year. All appointments are scheduled during this time. Submissions outside of these dates are discarded.
All books open/closed updates are announced on my Instagram here. The next submission date for new projects is added to my bio as soon as it is decided. You must email on the date I have chosen, within the 12 hour window I have given (EST). If there is not a date & time listed for the nearest submission window, then I have not chosen them yet.
HOW TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS
During the submission date/time, complete an appointment submission form. I begin to answer emails the following day. This process can take me a week or so to complete, so please be patient while waiting for a reply! When reviewing submissions, I choose by project with returning clients given first priority. Not all submissions will be accepted.
Please read all appointment information below. Visit my FAQ page for all additional questions/information.
** SUBMITTING A PROJECT DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN APPOINTMENT **
If your project is chosen, I require a non-refundable deposit that must be paid upon scheduling, no exceptions. Your deposit price will vary depending on your project.
Half day: $100 deposit
Full day: $150 deposit
Multiple session full day: $150 deposit (per session)
You are allowed 1 reschedule per booking period with at least 48 hours notice. A second reschedule, or notice given under 48 hours, will result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit, and will require you to re-submit as a new project during the next submission date.
COST AND APPOINTMENT DETAILS
I price by the piece. Your deposit is deducted from your total or your final session for multiple session pieces. If your project is chosen, I am happy to provide you with an estimate if needed. Please note that I am cash only and plan accordingly.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. I don’t have stencils printed until after you arrive, so this will help us start closer to your appointment time. I cannot tattoo you without a valid government or state issued ID.
There is a free parking garage down the street from the shop.
Late appointments will be cancelled if you have not shown within 20 minutes, regardless of notice given.
All designs are presented the day of your appointment. Any changes to your design ideas must be submitted and pre-approved by me BEFORE the date of your appointment. Major alterations will result in an immediate drop of the project.
I take 10-15 minute breaks every 1-1.5 hours. If you have an all day appointment, we will take a 20 minute snack/lunch break halfway through your session. Please eat a full meal before your appointment to help with pain management.
You may bring a friend but please limit this to one additional guest.
SCHEDULE // AVAILABILITY
I tattoo Tuesdays-Fridays. I work one Saturday a month. Appointments are typically scheduled between 12-7pm. I do not take any appointments after 5pm.
I do my best to accommodate clients’ availability, but this is not always possible. Spots are limited. Please prepare to be flexible! You may need to take time off for your piece. Saturdays are highly sought after and therefore go quickly. You will most likely be offered a weekday. Please ensure you are able to commit to the date I offer based on your availability.
Do not make any immediate plans the day of your tattoo. I do not always know how long your tattoo will take. If you have time constraints or questions about how long you will be at the shop, please ask prior to your appointment date.
